White Tulips

I’ve always loved white tulips. In this painting they are painted in a very expressionistic way, with an impasto technique, which gives a textured impression. I wanted the tulips to stand out, and added a green background., which I painted in a loose and lively way. The blue shaded area’s give the painting depth. Comes with the certificate of authenticity and signed and dated at the back. The sides are painted to match the colour and the painting is varnished for protection and durability and the painting is ready to hang.
